The Juvenile Department processes all documents that involve minors and sets the first court date. We are responsible for the following case types:
Child in Need of Care (CINC) - Any abuse, neglect, or truancy issues.
Juvenile Offender (JO) - Any minors that allegedly committed a crime.
What Services Can the Clerk’s Office Provide to Me?
Court staff can give you basic information about cases, but cannot give you legal advice.
