The prompt disposition of pending actions is encouraged, and continuances may be granted only upon good cause shown and then only to a date and time certain. No indeterminate or general continuances shall be granted. Any party seeking a continuance shall notify all other interested parties and secure a setting from the Court or Clerk as appropriate.
