Congratulations to Shawnee County Judge Pro Tem Diane Glynn, who is retiring effective December 31. She has provided exemplary service to the Court on the Small Claims, Limited Actions, and Evictions dockets for several years, and we appreciate her efforts!
Beginning January 1, Magistrate Judge Dennis Jones will preside over the Small Claims docket on alternating Mondays starting at 8 a.m. After January 1, the Small Claims docket will be held in Judge Jones' courtroom, B-15 (basement), at the Shawnee County Courthouse.
Beginning January 1, Judge Pro Tem Tuck Duncan will preside over the Limited Actions docket on Tuesday mornings starting at 8 a.m. Judge Duncan will also preside over the Evictions docket on Tuesday afternoons starting at 1 p.m. The locations of these dockets remain the same.
