The Limited Actions Department within the office of the Clerk of the District Court is an extremely high volume area of the court system, which processes more than 260,000 papers a year.  Each week a docket is printed listing all cases set for that particular docket call. The clerk's office is responsible for preparing the weekly docket call for the Judge, which consists of approximately 800 cases per week. The clerk's office is then responsible for entering all the minutes from these cases into the computer.
