Electronic Filing Participation Requirements

In order to participate in electronic filing you need to meet the following criteria:

  1. You must be registered with the Court.
    1. You may use this Electronic Filing Registration Form Letter to register.
    2. Please also fill out this Authorization Agreement for Preauthorized Payments form.
  2. You must have a bank draft signature on file with the Court Clerk's office so that the Court may debit your account for the filing fees electronically.
  3. You need the ability to send and receive email over the Internet.
