This is what you send to the Court in order to request a release of certain documents already been filed with the Court.

Important Document Information

Parties ["entity()"s] to be sent: One Obligor or one obligee (the one to whom the Recall of the Bench Warrant will be issued) and the Attorney requesting the recall.  If you don't send an obligor or an obligee or send more than one, an error will occur and the Recall of the Bench Warrant entry will be rejected.  If you don't send an attorney or send more than one, an error will occur and the Recall of the Bench Warrant entry will be rejected.  Other parties will be ignored.
