This is what you send to the Court in order to issue an Income Withholding Order on a case that has already been filed with the Court.

Important Document Information

Parties ["entity()"s] to be sent: The filing attorney, one Obligor, one Obligee and the Wage Assignee.  If you don't send an Obligor or send more than one, an error will occur and the Order entry will be rejected.     If you don't send an Obligee or send more then one, an error will occur and the Order entry will be rejected.    If you don't send a wage assignee an error will occur and the Order entry will be rejected.  If you don't send an attorney or send more than one, an error will occur and the Order entry will be rejected.  Other parties will be ignored.
