This is what you send to the Court in order to request a release of certain documents already been filed with the Court.

Important Document Information

Parties ["entity()"s] to be sent: One Obligor or one Obligee (the one to whom the Release will be issued) and Attorney requesting the release.  If you don't send an obligor or an obligee or send more than one, an error will occur and the Release entry will be rejected.  If you don't send an attorney or send more than one, an error will occur and the Release entry will be rejected.  Other parties will be ignored.
