This is what you send to the Court in order to issue a Citation on a case that has already been filed with the Court. 

Important Document Information

Parties ["entity()"s] to be sent: One person, an Obligor or and Obligee (the one to whom the Citation will be issued) and one Attorney.  If you don't send an Obligor or an Obligee or send more than one, an error will occur and the Citation entry will be rejected.  If you don't send an attorney or send more than one, an error will occur and the Citation entry will be rejected.  Other parties will be ignored.
