Those who will serve the papers in or for your office need to be registered with the Clerk of the Court's office. The Clerk will provide those individuals with their registration numbers that you will send in the service.server.registration branch. Please contact the Clerk's office for registration information.
This is what you send to the Court in order to inform the Court of service on a document on a case that has already been filed with the Court.
Parties ["entity()"s] to be sent: One Attorney for the Plaintiff (the filing attorney). If you don't send an attorney for the plaintiff or send more than one, an error will occur and the Return of Service entry will be rejected.
New 12/03/2004: The Defendant on the document can be sent with a new address. The new address will get added to the court record.
