This is what you send to the Court in order to issue a Citation on a case that has already been filed with the Court. 

Important Document Information

Parties ["entity()"s] to be sent: One Defendant (the one to whom the Citation will be issued) and one one Attorney for the Plaintiff (the filing attorney).  If you don't send a defendant or send more than one, an error will occur and the Citation entry will be rejected.  If you don't send an attorney for the plaintiff or send more than one, an error will occur and the Citation entry will be rejected.  Other parties will be ignored.
