Judge Frank J. Yeoman, Jr. was appointed to the bench in 1990. He practiced law in private practice, served as administrator and hearing officer for the Juvenile Court, and as Assistant and First Assistant District Attorney. The judge is a graduate of Southern Nazarene University (OK) and Washburn. He and his wife have two adult sons, one a school principal and the other a manager of live theater; and two granddaughters. His hobbies include photography, genealogical research and writing.
