A. DESIGNATION AS "TRUST" CASES Any action brought pursuant to K.S.A. 38-1701, et seq., shall, for administrative purposes, be designated a trust case and shall be assigned and dealt with in the same manner as actions involving trusts in accordance with K.S.A. 59-103, see DCR 3.602A.
