ACCOUNTINGS; REQUIREMENT FOR FILING; APPROVAL - The filing of annual accountings is required in every trust unless waived by the trust instrument or in writing by all beneficiaries.
No approval of accountings will be considered except where a petition for approval is filed and notice given to all beneficiaries.
