What is a Juvenile Offender case?
Juvenile Offender cases are cases involving crimes allegedly committed by a minor under the age of 18. Juveniles must be represented by an attorney. The Court automatically appoints an attorney for the juvenile. The case is set on the 1st or 3rd Tuesday of each month.
