What is a Juvenile Tobacco case?
Juvenile in Possession of a tobacco product is handled like a traffic ticket. The juvenile may pay the court costs, and a fine. The case may be set for Trial like any other case. When a minor receives a Tobacco Ticket for the first time, the minor may attend the Tobacco School. The cost is $45.00 for the school. Once the class is completed and the fee is paid the Tobacco Ticket is dismissed. Those interested in attending classes need to call Donna Robinson at (785) 273-3618 or email her at set up an appointment..
