I received a traffic citation, what are my options?
At the time a person receives a Traffic citation, he/she is given the option of paying their ticket, appearing on the docket date, requesting a diversion, or setting the case for trial.

A person has the right to appear in court on the day that is indicated to discuss the alleged charges against them with the Judge. Not all charges can be paid before the court date.
